There could be problems with the interview as well. Some cultures may not want to be open about their info, so asking questions could prove difficult. I think the questions should be very thoughtful and made to be respectful in all aspects.

Analysis Difficulties
When analyzing a music culture problems can come up with the event, the research or even the interview. For example, the event could be cancelled or the interviewees might not be available for comments. That is why a researcher should always have a backup plan. I attended an event that did not have the whole band. Half of the musicians had to attend a different rehearsal, so I thought I was going to miss out. Luckily the other rehearsal was short, so I got to experience the full band. I did not really have a backup plan, so if luck wasn't on my side I would not have all the info I need for my ethnography.
